  4. OMNII™ For Oracle KEYBOARDFeatures and benefits

  5. Mobile supply chain applications overview • Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) enables the user to perform a variety of manufacturing application transactions, without using a desktop computer. You can use MSCA with the majority of Oracle’s suite of manufacturing modules, including Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS). This figure illustrates how MSCA integrates with Oracle’s manufacturing modules. The example also shows just a few of the many transactions that you can perform using MSCA.

  6. MOBILE SUPPLY CHAIN APPLICATIONS KEYBOARD FEATURES • Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) includes multiple commands that are accessed by function keys and control action buttons.  • Psion has taken the most commonly used action keys and created a keyboard designed for ease of navigation for the end user. • For example, to perform the action of List of Values, the user would have to press the ‘CTRL’ key and then the ‘L’ key on a unit.  On the OMNII™ for Oracle keyboard, the end user simply presses the ‘LV’ key.  All key mapping is done in the background, thus creating a meaningful key sequence for the end user.

  8. MOBILE SUPPLY CHAIN APPLICATIONS KEYBOARD BENEFITS • By creating these ‘Hot’ actions keys and by grouping all the main action keys in one single location on the OMNII™ for Oracle keyboard realized benefits include: • End user will see an increase in transaction speed • End user will become more efficient and productive • Less end user training with MSCA specific naming convention
