Scope of The Problem • Based on the dietary recommendations  a diet which consist of high intake of trans fat, low intake of fruits, and inadequate amount of vegetables can lead to serious negative health implications. The scope of the problem is that African Americans are developing diet-related chronic disease at alarming rates.
