Services to be provided • Proposed e-Network is intended to provide the following services: • Tele-Education services from reputed University centers in India • Tele-Medicine services (Tele-Consultation & Continuing Medical Education (CME) from Super Specialty Hospitals in India. • Integrating the C-DAC & HMT centers currently operational in Eurasia countries into the proposed e-Network

Option • VSAT Network with Satellite Hub Earth Station in one of the identified Eurasian countries similar to PAeN architecture. • Satellite hub station connected to PAeN Data center in India through IPLC link. • The recipient countries will be having VSAT terminal with IT and studio equipments. • Selected hospitals of PAeN shall be providing TM and CME services. • Selected Universities of PAeN shall be providing TE services. • Longer duration of implementation • Costly solution • Regulatory clearances are required. • Identification of Location of hub with building etc. time consuming.
