  2. Other Special Features:Snap Grid The Grid Snap automatically positions symbols along grid lines established on the page. Grid lines

  3. Other Special Features: Importing Graphics into Inspiration • Pull down the Utility menu. • Select Edit Symbol Library

  4. Other Special Features: Importing Graphics • Place one of your own images into the library by clicking on Import Graphic. • After selecting the graphic click ok and it is inserted into the custom library. • It can then be used like other symbols.

  5. Other Special Features: Links to the Internet • Typing an Internet address in a symbol or in a text box will create an Internet link right on the page. (start with http://….)

  6. Other Special Features: Exporting to PowerPoint 1 • Change to Outline format by clicking on Outline button. • Then pull down Export from the File menu.

  7. Other Special Features: Exporting to PowerPoint 2 • Click on the Microsoft PowerPoint RTF radio button under the Outline Format area. • Click on Save.

  8. Other Special Features: Exporting to PowerPoint 3 • Next open PowerPoint. • Pull down Open from the File menu. • Change File of type to “All Files (*.*) • Select proper .rtf file. • Click on Open.

  9. Other Special Features: Exporting to PowerPoint 4 • PowerPoint will open the file placing Major topics as slide titles and subtopics as bullets underneath the titles on the slides.
