Pell lifetime limits

Pell Lifetime Limits

  • Beginning in December 2011students are limited to 12 semesters (600%) of Pell Grant eligibility during their lifetime.

  • These limits are based on full time attendance.

  • There is no “grandfather clause”. The clock starts from the first time you received Pell monies.

  • If you are less than full time, you use a lesser percent.
