  3. NUESTROS SERVICIOS II www.protectia.eu COMMUNITY AND SPANISH TRADE MARKS • 1.0 Nombre y dirección completa del solicitante y país de incorporación. Name and address of the applicant and country of incorporation. • 2.0 Identificación de la marca. Trade mark identification. • 2.1. En caso de marca con logo, una reproducción electrónica y la correspondiente descripción de los colores. If there is a logo, an electronic reproduction and the corresponding description of the colors. • 3.0 Descripción de los productos y servicios (según la IXª Clasificación de Niza). Description of the goods and services (according to the IX th Nice Classification). • 4.0 Firma de un poder o autorización: condición imprescindible para solicitudes de marcasespañola. POA/authorization condition sine qua none for Spanish TM application • 5.0 Si se reivindica prioridad, reivindicación de prioridad y copia certificada de la marca reivindicada. If Priority claimed, priority claim and a certified copy of the mark claimed.

Prints of the Drawings (if any; it will be prepared on request) 3. A Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant, if individual/s, or by a representative, indicating complete name and position in the applicant firm (no legalization required). 4. Applicant/s and Inventor/s data. 5. A statement indicating how the applicant has acquired the right to the utility model if the applicant is not the inventor. 6. If priority is to be claimed:Priority data and priority document. Special Filing Requirements 1. Instrument of assignment of the priority right where the applicants are not identical. 2. Translation into Spanish of the instrument of assignment. 3. Translation of the Priority document into Spanish.

Translation into Spanish of the specification, claims and abstract of the invention, and formal drawings (if any). 2. A Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant, if individual/s, or by a representative, indicating complete name and position in the applicant firm (no legalization required). 3. Applicant/s and Inventor/s data 4. A statement indicating how the applicant has acquired the right to the patent if the applicant is not the inventor. 5. Period for Validation is 3 months from the date on which the mention of the grant or the decision to maintain the patent as amended is published in the European Patent Bulletin. 2. Translation into Spanish of the whole text of the patent as granted by the EPO (druckexemplar). 3. A Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant, if individual/s, or by a representative, indicating complete name and position in the applicant firm (no legalization required). 4.
