A Power of Attorney simply signed by the applicant, if individual/s, or by a representative, indicating complete name and position in the applicant firm (no legalization required). 4. Applicant/s and Inventor/s data. 5. A statement indicating how the applicant has acquired the right to the utility model if the applicant is not the inventor. 6. If priority is to be claimed:Priority data and priority document. Special Filing Requirements 1. Instrument of assignment of the priority right where the applicants are not identical. 2. Translation into Spanish of the instrument of assignment. 3. Translation of the Priority document into Spanish.
