  2. Objectives: • Plan, and write presentation • Identify the purpose of your message • Profile your listeners and address their interests • Develop your ideas and organize them in an outline • Plan visuals

  3. Objectives: • Prepare and create visuals for presentation • Choose a design and color scheme for slides. • Use WordArt and text boxes to format text on slides • Use the “View” tools to change the order of slides

  4. Objectives: • Prepare and create visuals for presentation, Continued • Insert, size, and format graphics on slides • Format a “Table of Contents” page and use links to each main slide • Format a footer for each slide • Include sound and/or audio

  5. Helpful Hints: • Contrast background and text colors • Limit amount of text and ideas to a slide ( less is better) • Limit use of different text styles, sizes and colors • Insert graphics by copy and paste, OR using INSERT PICTURE command • Include important information in FOOTER
