  6. Narrow Gap: Risk: Spark might be too week to ignite AFM Benefit: Plug always fires on each cycle

  7. Wide Gap: Risk: Plug may not fire OR miss at high speed Benefit: Plug is strong for clean burn

  9. First: The appropriate gap needs to be Determined. Gapping a Spark Plug Refer to the Manual for Specs

  10. Second: Select the appropriate Gapping Gauge Gapping a Spark Plug Slide Gauge into gap and adjust the gap prong
