Congress CRCE Enhancement • Congress attendees who use the web-based reporting system now automatically receive a report of the specific sessions for which they reported earning CRCE. • Will automatically print following the CRCE Certificate • Can provide evidence of continuing education for specific content areas

Healthcare Delivery During the Current Recession Hospital administrators anticipate future decreased revenue and patient volumes because of: • Displaced workers losing their insurance • Employers shifting a greater portion of healthcare expense and purchase decisions to employees who are postponing elective healthcare resulting in: • Avoidance of elective procedures • Tolerance chronic conditions for which they would have otherwise sought treatment Expansion and capital equipment issues: • Loss of revenue streams from investments • Increased cost of borrowing money
