  21. Significant Findings • Declining Membership/Attendance • From weekend worship attendance of 125 in 2002 to 80 in 2010. • We counted: • 71 at worship this past Sunday. • 3 children in children’s church (counted in worship total) • 2 children in nursery

  22. Significant Findings • Fear: “WE NEED…” (families with children, help, finances, members). • Confusion: “Why don’t people stick?”…yet there are no actual numbers, or exit interviews.

Lack of Passion for Lost People • What does God count? • Conversions • Day of Pentecost • Noted that in the Early Church “people were being added daily” • The first step in making disciples is conversion • Nothing should matter more than the making of converts in order to be able to make obedient disciples
