You may find yourself scoring in more than one level per standard- this is fine! • And…it is OK to be novice!!!!

Deepening Practice • Look back at the rubric. • For each score in the novice or introductory level, determine what you need to do in order to achieve experienced or advanced status. • What ideas do you already have for change and improvement? • Which areas do you feel will be hardest to improve?
