  1. Jewelry cleaning hacks!! A guide to shiny jewels…

  2. Look out for these keeping clean tips for your baubles. We will certainly suggest avoiding precious jewels while performing activities around home or outdoor But since most of us never take those pieces off we should take care of cleaning them every once a while.

  3. We are constantly surrounded by chemicals and dust particles all around us which leave a hefty lot to deal with as it is and, also can be harmful for your shinning diamonds and pearls. Remember cleaning them is an important step to keep them looking bright. To avoid pigmentation, store in Zip-lock bags wrapped or placed on the correct amount of cotton or soft surfaces as much as possible. Storage is a very important step, that is where you jewelry rests. CARE

  4. Make sure to use warm but not hot/boiling water and submerging your jewelry for more that 10-15 minutes is not advisable. Timing in cleaning jewelry is a very important aspect; you could use something as simple as dish washing soap from your kitchen with a Soft bristle brush. GLIMMERING GOLD

  5. Diamonds can easily be chipped and tinted so, yes! With this stone we’ve got to be careful. For daily tasks we would just keep those diamonds behind and if you absolutely must wear them, clean them as and when you get the chance by soaking them in warm water, here to a mild soap should do the trick. DAZZLING DIAMONDS

  6. Pearls are very soft and can be hurt easily, it’s best to keep them away from alcohol and chemicals. In fact they are the easiest to clean, use a damp cloth gently that’s it. PEARLY WHITES

  7. Gemstones loose color if cleaned with harsh substances. Keep it simple wipe with damp cloth or really mild soap. Be careful with gemstones as every stone is different and so is their need for care. GEMSTONES

  8. Professional cleaning When in doubt go to a professional, it’s perfectly fine to see your jeweler once in a while. It could be best to get professionally cleaned sometimes and while you’re at it get the settings checked too.
