EA Renovation – Decabling campaign (EN-EL): Preparation

What has been done so far? • Cable identification during YETS 2017-2018 by all the groups (Detail available on SharePoint : Procedure, scope…), • Transmission of a general DEC to EN-EL-FC on the 15/03/2018 (Ticket) in time but not complete! Area covered by the decabling campaign CLOUD will be decabled depending on their need for operation No decabling campaign foreseen for the IRRAD/CHARM Facility EAR Coordination meeting

Identification & Déconnexion des câbles • Quand : Lundi 03/12 -> Jeudi 06/12 • Durée: 4 jours; • Qui: • Tout les groupes; • Quoi: Déconnecter tous les câbles candidats à la campagne de décablage EN-EL. • Conditions préalables: • Connaissance (et respect) de la procédure de décablage (EDMS 1889546); • Identification des câbles à enlever (Tenir à jour les listing); • Détection Incendie -> IS37, mise en arrêt définitif. Etape de consignation Automate (EBC26*EH) • Quand : Vendredi 07/12 • Durée: 1 jours; • Qui: • Tout les groupes; • Quoi: 3 type de consignation • Consignation des convertisseurs de puissance (B.263/B.251) par TE-EPC, • Consignation des réseaux électriques par EN-EL, • Consignation des racks par tous les groupes (Réglette, Canalis …) • Conditions préalables: • Respect de la procédure (En cours de rédaction!), • Listing des convertisseurs à consigner (A établir), • Listing des départ électrique à consigner(A établir), • Listing des racks à consigner(A établir). Summary • Complete identification before the beginning of the worksite (Mainly EN-EL, IT-CS, EN-CV, BE-BI), • (Until the beginning of November) Complete the lock-out procedure : • Provide the responsible of lock-outs (All Groups), • Issue the list of equipment to be locked-out (All Groups + EN-EA, EN-EL-OP, TE-EPC), • Circulate the lock-out procedure (Erwan), • Mon 03-12 -Thu 06-12 : Labelling + disconnection of all cables, • Fri 07-12 : Complete Lock-out (TE-EPC,EN-EL, All groups), • Mon 10-12 : VIC (EN-EL will collect all the fiche de consignations) + beginning of works, EAR Coordination meeting
