Open enrollment 3 November 1 – January 31, 2016 Special Enrollment Period from Feb 1 – Feb 29 for customers who lost their plan (Rocky Mountain, Colorado HealthOP, Grandmothered plans) New tools for customer assistance: Broker Lead Tool, the Connector scheduling tool 1,163 certified Brokers 124 certified Health Coverage Guides with 28 Assistance Sites 308 Certified Application Counselors with 37 organizations

  3. Better Customer Experience • Better experience using the website • Wait times were shorter at the Customer Service Center • Enhancements to the financial application system saved time for customers

  4. Better Access to Help Through Tools • Invested in tools to help customers get access to in-person assistance through a Broker, Health Coverage Guide or Enrollment Center • Broker Lead Tool • The Connector Scheduling Tool

  5. More Coloradans Saved Money • More Coloradans saved money through tax credits and cost sharing reductions

  6. More Efficient Outreach • Marketing and Outreach budgets reduced and more targeted strategy helped reach new customers with strong results

  7. Results: More than 183,075 Covered (5/6/16)! • Despite reduced budgets and a smaller in-person assistance network, enrollments increased in nearly every county!
