Little Flower Men’s Night • Reflection . . . • Is there a truth worth fighting for? • Am I fighting for the right thing? • Is there such a thing as “truth”? • What I base my life on -- is that “truth”? • Truth = “What is” (philosophy view) • Subjective truth: all about me • Objective truth: Know it? Like it? Believe it? • --- doesn’t matter -- it’s still truth • Truth question: • Does God exist? Is Jesus who he says he is? • Jesus is the Lord and the God  objective • Jesus is my Lord and my God  subjective---this is what moves us to discipleship --- the battle worth fighting for
