CDG International Roaming Team cdma2000/GPRS Roaming • Brief description • Support dual-mode MS (capable of both cdma2000 packet data and GPRS) to access its home cdma2000 system from a visited GPRS system • Also support dual-mode MS to access its home GPRS system from a visited cdma2000 system • Status • Completed as 3GPP2 X.S0034-0 • To be published as TIA-1068

  4. CDG International Roaming Team WLAN interworking scenarios 1 & 2 • Brief description • Scenario 1: Common billing • Scenario 2: MS is authenticated by its home cdma2000 system before Internet access from a WLAN system • Status • Completed as 3GPP2 X.S0028-0 • To be published as TIA-1050

CDG International Roaming Team WLAN interworking scenarios 3 & 4 • Brief description • Scenario 3: MS securely accesses to its home cdma2000 system from a WLAN system • Scenario 4: MS maintains session continuity (via Mobile IP) while moving between cdma2000 and WLAN systems • Status • Developing 3GPP2 baseline document (X.P0028-A) • Plan to complete in 4Q/05
