    3. I. RESPETAR A LOS DEMÁS COMO A NOSOTROS MISMOS Respeto mutuo (Madurez personal y social)

    4. II. DIALOGAR –COMUNICAR– CON LOS “OTROS” Diálogo - Comunicación

    5. III. CONOCER Y COMPRENDER A LOS “DEMÁS” Conocer y Comprender

    6. IV. EMPATIZAR Y SIMPATIZAR CON LOS “OTROS” Empatizar (Ponernos en el lugar de los “otros”)

    7. V. LLEGAR A LA IDENTIFICACIÓN CON LOS “DEMÁS” Identificación (Sentirse todos “uno” en la “diversidad”, iguales en derechos y deberes)

    8. VI. CONSEGUIR LA AUTÉNTICA JUSTICIA SOCIAL PARA “TODOS” Justicia Social (Plano de igualdad en los derechos y deberes que corresponden por el mero hecho de ser personas)

    9. VII. CREAR EL DEPARTAMENTO DE EDUCACIÓN INTERCULTURAL

    16. IX. FORMAR ADECUADAMENTE AL PROFESORADO FORMAR (Facultar para poder adquirir y desarrollar aptitudes, actitudes y comportamientos docentes y humanos, para el diseño y desarrollo del curriculum, tanto explícito como implícito u oculto)

    17. IX. DISPONER EL CENTRO EDUCATIVO DE FORMA CONVENIENTE

    18. X. FORMAR EN “MEDICACIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS”, PARA QUE LA AGRESIVIDAD INNATA NO LLEGUE A CONVERTIRSE EN VIOLENCIA Agresividad (Conducta innata de los seres vivos que les permite su interacción y adaptación al medio)
