Conclusion: • This study clearly indicates that with dedicated & devoted team work and with fullest endurance of other healthcare agencies, it has proven: • Delivery of Better treatment, right decisions, fast and speedy treatment, Compassionate care to most critical & trauma patients at this Centre.

Past few Suggestions from MRS had met this year-2018 • MRS was constantly requesting to Competent Authority, kindly allowing us to conduct Research , Education & Training Programmes for MRD staff and others within AIIMS, for enriching working environment and promoting Health Record Science & informatics more efficiently. • Hon’ble Chief had accepted above request.

  32. Research Chamber should be created within MRS for facilitating various Medical researchers in a better way. In Year-2018 02 Research Cabins and 09 MRD staff Wok Stations were prepared in the MRS Annex for better Delivery of Health Record Services in Trauma Centre

  33. Space for Keeping Physical Record of Patients (Hard Copy) at MRS. • For this Offshore Storage of Record • (OSR) facility had been created with CRC. • Full Digitalization in all clinical, procedure, and treatment Documents of patients in this Centre. So, as to demonstrate MODEL Centre for entire country. • The necessary Work is in Progress in TC.
