  6. Achievements • Systems Process established • Support • webpage • Research into field of Human Science • Science Report • System Level Specifications • PC, DAQ Card, Use of Labview, sensors • Purchased equipment • 1st prototype of labview

  7. Current Status of WIP • Labview manipulating data from sensors and displaying wire frame. • Sensors • Decided on use of potentiometers • Specific potentiometer not chosen (prototyping between digital & analogue) • Attachment method not decided.

  8. Way forward • Attachment investigation (following on from science report). • Prototype of multiple sensors (Wk 5) • Labview • User interface • Set-up programme (BIT) • Connectors • Sensors to DAQ card interface

  9. Challenges • Attachment of sensors • Suitable user interface • Timescale - Outline design slip. • Animation • Labview not being good enough • Cost of animation packages • Unplanned effort required to utilise animation package

  10. Conclusion • Background knowledge established • Systems process in place & working • Key hardware acquired • Outline design near completion We have planned the work… ...now we need to work the plan
