1És pela la pela de la llimona

2 És separa les claresdelsrovells en dos recipientsdifernts

3Ésfica la llet a calentar i s’hi posa la llimona

4 Despréss’hifica la canela a la llet

5És posa el miró amb un gotambllet i ésbarreja

6És tira el miró amb la llet a la cassola que hi ha el foc

7 Posa el sucre alsrovells i bareixo

9 Posa-ho al recipient i deixe-horefredar

1 Peel the lemon peel
