Top Tips • Cash Flow issue: • know your costs – how long are you meeting with people? • Look at saving money or community fundraising to help your cash flow • Don’t trust trusts – delay in funding and they are being reduced • Outcomes measurement: • Know the targets on your commissioner and on you • Agree outcomes and reporting • Know what you can deliver and in what timescales – sell your services • New Language • Learn the terms • Read the policy • Know what the commissioners are doing
