3. The LSUN structure relates to Community Care Service Users and Carers and links into City Wide Service User representation and Community Care Planning

4. The PPF also has a focus on equalities in its widest sense and tries to draw from as wide a range of groups and individuals as possible

5. The PPF draws from 3 groups of people 45% local groups and organisations 40% committee reps from local projects 15% individuals All must be local residents of the CHCP area
