  6. 2014 Report Card Summary Targets 1. Facility Operations: By June 2019 operations will not exceed carbon intensity in FY 2013/14. 2. Wastewater Treatment:: By June 2019 operations will not exceed carbon intensity of collection & treatment levels of FY 2013/14. 3. Fleet Operations: By June 2019 fleet operations will not exceed carbon intensity of FY 2013/14. Performance 12.52 kilograms of CO2e/sq. ft. 2.357 metric tons of CO2e/million gallons of wastewater treated. 556.28 grams of CO2e/vehicle mile traveled. PIMA COUNTY SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM

  13. 2014 Report Card Summary Targets 1. Renewable Energy: By 2025, at least 15% of electricity will be offset by renewables. Sub-Target 1 Biogas : Beneficially use 80% per yr. by June 2019 Sub-Target 2 Solar: Increase use of solar energy by 4 million kWh by June 2019. 2. Energy Efficiency: Increase the overall energy efficiency of County facilities by 10% by June 2019. RWRD is working on 3 utility sized solar projects  which are expected to be completed in 20162. Facilities Management is in the feasibility stage for installation of 11 solar shade structures3. Facility Construction: 100% of new County-funded buildings designed after June 2008 & 100% of all additions greater than 5,000 sqft implement LEED elements (obtain 50 pts.)   33. Next Steps 1. Purchase and use greenervehicles. 2. Right-size of the County Fleet; ensure that County departments have the quantity and type of vehicles which best fit their operational requirements. 3. Fleet Services is in the process of upgrading the fleet management system providing the capability to auto send PM due email notices to Transportation Coordinators. Reclaimed Water at County Parks: Increase the number of County parks and miles of trail served by reclaimed water by 10% by June 2019. 3. Establishing and Maintaining Natural Habitat: Expand the number of acres of natural habitat established or maintained by County renewable water sources by 5% by June 2019.   42. The Kasser Pool at the UA Hillenbrand Aquatic Center is 82’ long, 108’ wide and 17’ deep. Diving center, training pool and water polo facility, with multiple diving platforms and capacity for 1,000 spectators. 9,402,796 gallons of water
