If possible select a facilitator with skills in the FORMAL environment e.g. AS 4801 or 14001 or 9002.2.Where there are multiple sites or business units, select ONE on which to trial the EEO process.3. Be guided by the EEO resources in setting up how to address and trial all 6 ELEMENTS of the EEO process.4.Integrate EEO with your CI culture / program if you have one.5. Document the process you develop into a FORMAL PROCEDURE for future reference and for auditing security in the future.6.Utilise a single set of number withNGERs if possible.7. Set up a SINGLE REPOSITORY for all EEO documentation. 8.Preferably have your document storage in a “6 ELEMENT format”

The EEO audit process is a great help to focus facilitators on the elements for improvement.3.
