Kindergarten is the beginning of the journey • Student Handbook • 2013-2014 School Calendar (pg. 5) • Note: This calendar is subject to change • Attendance Policy (pg. 7) • Pennsylvania School Law and Southmoreland School District Policy • Arrival and Departure Procedure (pg. 9) • Students should arrive at SPC by no later than 9:00 AM • Tardy bell: 9:15 AM • Please do not leave your vehicle to drop off or pick up students • Dismissal Procedure

Kindergarten is the beginning of the journey • Bus Behavior • Students must sit in seats at all times • Students may not move from seat to seat • Safety is our primary concern • Bus Orientation is scheduled for September 5 during the school day • Students will be escorted to buses by teachers and principal to review rules and expectations • Please reinforce good behavior on the school bus with your child
