BASE LEGAL • Constitución Política del Perú, art. 2º, numeral 5). • Ley Nº 26300, Ley de Derechos de Participación y Control Ciudadanos. • Ley Nº 27806, Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la información Pública. • Ley Nº 27783, Ley de Bases de la Descentralización. • Ley Nº 27867, Ley Orgánica de Gobiernos Regionales y su modificatoria aprobada por Ley Nº 27902. • Ley No. 27444, Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General. • Ley Nº 28056, Ley Marco del Presupuesto Participativo. • D.S. Nº 171-2003-EF Reglamento de la Ley Nº 28056 Ley Marco del presupuesto Participativo. • Ordenanza Regional No. 093 – 2009 – GRJ/CR, que aprueba el Reglamento General del Proceso de Programación del Presupuesto Participativo Junín Multianual. • Resolución Directoral Nº 007-2010-EF/76.01, aprueba el Instructivo Nº 001-2010-EF/76.01, Presupuesto Participativo basado en resultados.

  4. PROCESO ELECCIONARIO Se somete a votación: Rep. De TO1 = 10 votos Rep. De TO2 = 05 votos . Rep. De TOn = 01 voto Cada Tipo de Organización (TO) de cada grupo: VM – AA – SC elige a un Representante TO2 TO1 …. TOn De cada Grupo VM – AA – SC, escoger a las dos Organizaciones más votadas 1 rep. 1 rep. 1 rep. 1 rep. Valle del Mantaro: 2 integrantes Alto Andina: 2 integrantes Selva Central: 2 integrantes. A los representantes elegidos, se somete a votación para elegir a los Integrantes del Grupo al Comité de Vigilancia Presentación del nuevo CVC 2011 – 2012 Juramentación Suscripción de Acta

  5. PRECISIONES Comunidades Nativas En el grupo Selva Central, 1 representante de las Organizaciones de CC.NN, integrará el CV. Criterio de Género En cada Grupo, mínimamente se deberá elegir a una Mujer como miembro del CV. No pueden ser elegidos miembros del CV Quienes se encuentren en función o haya concluido en el periodo anterior. Reelección
