How to contact other organizations that provide services MSFWs After making a presentation explaining the above, the Outreach Worker then urges the MSFWs to go to the local office to obtain full range of JS services.

  4. OUTREACH WORKER • If an MSFW cannot or does wish to visit the local JS office, the Outreach Worker should then offer to provide, on-site, the following: • 1. Assistance in the preparation of applications. • 2. Referrals to specific employment opportunities currently available to unemployed MSFWS.

Information regarding the types of employment which will become available upon the date on which an employed MSFW will be available following the MSFW's current employment. • 4. Assistance in the preparation of either JS or non-JS related complaints. • 5. Receipt and subsequent referral of complaints to the local office complaint specialist or the local Workforce Center manager.

  6. OUTREACH WORKER • 6. Referral to supportive services for which the individual or a family member may be eligible. • 7. Assistance in making appointments and arranging transportation for individual MSFWs or members of their family to and from local offices or other appropriate agencies To provide MSFWs with the above services, the Outreach Worker must make follow-ups contacts as necessary "to the maximum extent possible."

  7. OUTREACH WORKER • The Outreach Worker is responsible for ensuring that violations of federal and state employment-related laws are reported. When evidence of a possible violation comes to the attention of the Outreach Worker, he or she must document and refer all relevant information to the local office manager for processing in accordance with 20 CFR 653.113.

  8. OUTREACH WORKER • The Outreach Worker must also maintain complete records of contacts with MSFWs and the services provided in accordance with a format developed by the Employment and Training Administration (ETA). These records must include a daily log, the number of contacts made, the name of each contact, the service provided, the number of hours of outreach performed, and a record of each possible violation.
