What Is It and How it Works • New Technology developed for computers as an alternative to the hand-held mouse • Through the use of Eye-tracking technology, a person looks at a special screen while holding down a “hot key” the region is magnified while the person then pinpoints their focus as they release the key. • EyePoint Demonstration

  3. Where it Came From • Manu Kumar is a doctoral student at Stanford University with a PhD in computer science. • Recently being developed, Kumar is working on perfecting his product to minimize error and make it less expensive for the public. • EyeExpose • EyeScroll Manu Kumar

  4. Ready for the Market Computers already come with built-in cameras for videoconferencing, so this along with Infrared LED’s, the EyePoint software, and a higher-resolution camera will have us browsing with our vision in no time!
