The John Marshall Foundation 209 West Franklin Street Richmond, VA 23220 (804) 775-0861 www.JohnMarshallFoundation.org Mark Your Calendars! • The John Marshall Foundation will recognize excellence • in teaching the United States Constitution to middle and • high school students in the Commonwealth of Virginia. • The Foundation currently is seeking nominations for the • 2013 John Marshall Foundation Teacher Awards. • The Foundation intends to present a $2500 award to an • outstanding middle school teacher and an outstanding • high school teacher, each of whom has demonstrated • his or her knowledge of and enthusiasm for the • United States Constitution as evidenced through • activities inside and outside of the classroom. • Nomination forms will be available online in August, 2012 at • www.johnmarshallfoundation.orgunder “Education Programs”. • Nomination packets must be postmarked by Friday, March 22, 2013. • Awards will be presented on May 1, 2013 (Law Day) in Richmond, Virginia.
