  25. Guidlines for the WBS 1. A work package should only exist ones 2. The woek in one work package is the sum of all the packages on the level below 3. Each work package has only one responsible 4. The WBS structure should follow the actual work progress 5. The project team should take part in formulating the WBS 6. Document each work package
