  4. TRANSPARENT MEDIATION • POSSIBLE PROBLEMS WITH TM: • TRAINING REQUIRES ADDITIONAL TIME • TM MAY DISTRACT PARTIES FROM DEALING WITH PRIMARY PROBLEMS AND CONFLICTS • “NATURAL” FLOW MAY BE INTERRUPTED • PARTIES MAY RESENT LACK OF FOCUS ON THE PROBLEM THAT BROUGHT THEM TO TABLE
