  2. When you visit Bishops we hope that you will bring a Waste Free Lunch. Here are some tips: • Use a refillable drinks bottle or flask instead of cartons and cans • Put sandwiches in a re-usable container instead of food bags, foil or cling-film • Avoid goods that have lots of packaging

  3. Waste Free Lunch • Any waste from your lunch will be sorted into two buckets. • One for waste food and one for wrappers

  4. Waste Free Lunch • The waste buckets will be weighed • Your class will be given a certificate to show how much waste there was

  6. How we dispose of wrappers • Metal drink cans are recycled • Glass containers are recycled • Paper napkins can be composted • Plastic goes to land-fill as there are no facilities for recycling plastics in our area • Usually we ask classes to take their waste wrappers back to school to recycle
