  4. History of H.O.P.E • Hispanic Organization for Parents & Education (H.O.P.E.) began as a vision of our school’s principal Ms. Catherine Real and our Instructional Dean Mr. Gabriel Aguilar, 5 years ago, and has quickly evolved into a trend setting force that has set the standard for other parent organizations. The vision was to create an atmosphere/environment where Hispanic students were offered and had access to all the educational resources that would allow them to compete with their counterparts and not feel inferior to said individuals. Their efforts have influenced the creation of H.O.P.E. Chapters at Chaparral Intermediate School and Walnut Elementary School. Lastly, HOPE is part of “Magnificent 7” (combined parent groups on campus)
