  8. Majority of all the warranty units we are receiving have no return forms filled out. • All warranties must have the return form completely filled out… • The return form is attached on the box flap of every box… Hit any key to continue…

  11. This example is abuse: Not only is it not a TAE product, cutting the shaft off makes this core of no value… Hit any key to continue…

  12. We receive many starters that have broken ears and cracked housings. • These units are not defective and would only be given ½ core credit $ Hit any key to continue…
