Operations Team • Consists of: • Chair • Stewardship Leader • Living Our Covenant Leader • Agency for Positive Change Leader • Worship Leader • Leaders with Staff • Reporting Authority Relationship with such Staff • Assist with hiring/firing decisions in conjunction with Minister as staff supervisor • Chair is elected, 2-year term, no consecutive terms • Leaders appointed by Board, Chair and Minister • 1-year terms, limit of 3 consecutive terms in a specific Leader role, after 1-year break may serve as Leader • No person may serve on the Operations Team for more than 5 consecutive years
