ICD Group Improvement (3) TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications (B) > Exit from Queuing- DISA-AA setting is applied even when ICD group queuing.- DISA is released immediately after dialing. - If DISA-AA destination is VM, message can be recorded to mailbox for the ICD group. For example,Queuing on ICD group 601 Queuing message DISA 502 for ICD group 601 DISA 502 – AA dial 1 to VM 500 => If caller dials “1” during playing DISA 502 for ICD 601, mailbox 601 in VM 500 answers. “Please leave your name.” “Please leave your address.” (Interview feature of VM is good for this solution.)- VM custom service is also available by new system programming. This new setting is applied to “ICD overflow to VM” also.- VM has to be KX-TVA/TVM using Digital (PT) integration.- VM in other PBX (Centralized VM) can NOT be DISA-AA destination. Automatic 2-way Recording (4) TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications (C) >Auto 2-way Recording- Maximum 10 calls can be recorded to VM for NCP and TDE100-200 at the same time, because one PBX supports 10 x 3 conference hardware.- Maximum 24 calls can be recorded to one VM for TDE600, because one VM supports 24ch.- Maximum 40 calls can be recorded to two or more VM for TDE600 because TDE600 supports 10 x 3 conference hardware per cabinet. Talking is recorded to VM automatically. Customer 24ch

Automatic 2-way Recording (5) TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications (C) > Auto 2-way Recording- PT(IP / Digital / Analog), PS and SLT can be recorded automatically.- SIP Phone can NOT be recorded automatically.(*1)- VM has to be KX-TVA/TVM using Digital (PT) integration.- VM DTMF integration does NOT support automatic recording.(*1) - Centralized voice mail does NOT support automatic recording.(*1) - VM for automatic recording can be selectedfor each extension using PCMC. (*2) Default is disabled.- Mailbox number to record can be assigned for each extension using PCMC. Default is same as extension number.- Not only ICD call but also other 1:1 call can be recorded automatically.- Conference call can NOT be recorded automatically.(*1)(But possible to record by “Loop back”. See next page.) (*1) These specifications are same as manual recording for PT/PS using “Two way recording” button or for SLT using CA.(*2) Other call condition can NOT be programmed such as “Incoming call only” and “CO call only”.

Recording for Supervisor (1) CostManage Automatic recoding to voice mail can be assigned usingweb by “Personnel Department” easily, as well as PCMCstandard mode by dealer. “Auto Recording” newly Recording can bee-mailed to supervisorfrom VM after talking. If too many “private call” during business hour using company phone…, restrict outgoing call. Incoming call also can be restricted.Intercept to operator after 1s. for phone cost and salary management !

However flexible key programming can be limited to “one touch dial only” using extension programming. PT programming also can be restricted using COS programming.

Hospitality employee can go to the guest room immediately.< Technical Specifications >TDE-NCP version 4 supported SMDR only aftertalking. However version 5 supports SMDRafter dialing AND after talking, when dialednumber is assigned in “Emergency Dial” table.- System option programming is required.- Alert is displayed twice. - Duration is output as zero second after dialing. - Version up is NOT required for CA Call Accounting software. Alarm tone is also available from PC speaker.

(A) Conference group call can be answered automatically without automatic answer setting for each extension. (B) PT user can start “talking” by dialing any key during paged, as well as DECT user. < Technical Specifications (A) >- System option programming is required.- This feature is available for PT and following DECT. SIP Trunk TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications >TDE-NCP version 5 improves SIP Trunk feature.- T.38 disable mode is supported.- Countermeasure for caller ID with alphabet is supported. (Alphabet is removed.)- When SIP trunk incoming call is forwarded to mobile network through SIP trunk, incoming CO callers CLIP (A-number) can be sent using thediversion headerfeature.- Refer(Transfer) is supported for SIP trunk.These features may not work depend on specification of SIP network.Field test is required.

Walking Extension as “Hot Desking” TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications >TDA “Walking Extension” does not support “Service Out”.Therefore other user can make call and receive call after leaving desk.TDE-NCP “Walking Extension” has supported “Service Out” for “Hot Desking” since version 1.Extension dial lock and DND are assigned automatically by “Service Out” operation. They are cleared by “Service In” operation.Call can be redirected to VM if DND. However “Display Lock” is not applied, even when “Service Out”.Therefore other user can see call log and listen to SVM message.=>TDE-NCP version 5 supports “Display Lock” when “Service Out”.

CLIP when Transfer TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications >If VM is used as centralized VM, extension user in remote office wants to see caller ID of caller instead of VM extension number.Therefore “Send CLIP of CO caller” should be enabled.On the other hands, when extension user transfers CO call to cellular and if CO Caller CLIP “01-xxx-yyyy” is informed to telephone company “03”, some telephone company disconnects the call.Therefore “Send CLIP of CO caller” should be disabled.=> TDE-NCP version 5 sends “CLIP of CO caller” always regardless setting, if call is transferred by VM.   31. 13. Incoming Call LCD TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications >Caller name or ID / DID name / CO line number is displayed on PT LCD. They can be switched by “Transfer” key or “INFO” soft key.If user presses the button by happen,this becomes cause of trouble, because last mode is displayed at first from next call. “My phone does not displays caller ID always…”=> TDE-NCP version 5 does not save display mode, even after PT operation. - Display switch operation itself is kept.- Display mode can be assigned using PCMC.- “Automatic save after PT operation” is kept by PCMC system reserved bit. Default is new specification.

Incoming Call LCD (SLT) Only for RU/UA < Technical Specifications >When PBX informs caller name using Russian character based on extension name or speed dial name, “?????????” is displayed on Panasonic SLT.=> TDE-NCP version 5 does not inform caller name to SLT by default.This default change is applied only to NCP500-1000RU/UA,TDE100-200RU/UA and TDE600RU/UC.

ICD Group Log when VM answer TechnicalInformation < Technical Specifications >When incoming ICD group call is not answered by ICD member extension and VM answers the call, incoming call log is not recorded to “ICD group call log key”. When the caller does not leave message to VM, extension user can not know the missed call, even if the caller is VIP. If anyone does not answer the incoming ICD group call, call log is recorded to “ICD group call log key” as missed call.If extension user in ICD group answers the incoming ICD group call, call log is recorded to “ICD group call log key” as answered call. => TDE-NCP version 5 records ICD group call, even when overflow destination answers. when the call is answered.
