  2. Akron Urban League Volunteers • Approximately 60 volunteers since August • To date we have 5662.68 volunteer hours • Many of our volunteers have continued on to find employment, volunteer with other programs through the Akron community & help others.

  4. Retaining • Creating Relationships • Continuous Follow Ups • Praise! Praise! Praise!

  5. Managing • Specific In Class Tasks Based on Talents/Abilities • Work in Comfort Area • Set Boundaries/Rules • Volunteers stay with original instructor • Encourage
