  9. What are we responsible for? Attend at least 75% of meetings. Attend annual board retreat. Actively participate in one more task forces. Personal financial contribution in amount personally substantial to you. In-kind donation via donated materials or expertise. Involve your company via corporate contributions, in-kind donations, or collaborations. Secure sponsorships for the fundraiser luncheon. CRITICAL PATH DISCUSSION #1: Board Report Card

  10. How do we want to keep ourselves accountable? Feedback or ideas to keep board accountable as a whole & to each other. What should appear on the board report card? How should we measure? Should we review as a whole/individually at every meeting? How else can we engage ourselves to make meetings worthwhile, productive, and ensure everyone’s presence is important?
