  10. WWC – comments received • 85 comments received • From the comments we have identified • 21 issues for which we need the opinion of the Expert Group; and • 17 ‘straightforward’ issues (editorial and other) for which the Expert Group is also invited to comment.

  11. Some fundamental issues raised • Transportation • Relationship with other chapters • some suggested merging Ch. 5 and Ch. 8 • others suggested merging Ch. 5 and Ch. 6 • also, some suggested to keep chapters separate, but move material directly related to energy balances to Ch. 8.

  12. Discussion A list of issues brought up by the respondents to the 2nd WWC has been prepared and presented to the Expert Group. Members of the expert group are invited to provide their opinions on the presented issues.
