KMA Sacco is offering its members a soft loan to buy the shares. No guarantors needed, certificate acts as collateral. 9. Each share is priced at Kshs. 5,ooo only. 10. High net worth investors advised to invest minimum of Kshs 500,000 equivalent in shares. Priority will be given to such investors in allocation of office space for rent (or purchase, if sale of space is considered necessary).
