  5. Tips for effective training... • Evaluate the division • What type of training do the members need? • What will benefit your area? • What will get your members excited about doing more? • Ask the officers • Cover the basics • BEE excited

  7. What is a Training Conference Report (TCR)? A report that you are required to submit after Officer Training Conference (OTC), Region Training Conference (RTC), Leadership Training Conference (LTC) and any other leadership conference Due the 10th after the event Included in report: event details attendance workshops and any materials used (i.e. flyers, budget form, program, literature samples, etc.)

  8. Overview • Remember to save all of your work in preparation for a training event in order to get include your hard work in your final report • Let the Governor & Admin see your contributions! • Refer to last year’s TCRS to help you plan

  9. Tips • Begin your TCR while finalizing your event • Complete TCR as soon as the event is over • Designate a Lt. Governor to compile a TCR for OTC/RTC from the start • Ask your Past Officers to see their TCRs to get an idea on how to plan and improve division/region trainings

Submission • Due: 10th of the month (after event was held) • File Name: D##_TCR_YearOR R##_TCR_Year • Ex: D90_TCR_2012 • R20_TCR_2012 • Subject Line: D## Work OR R## Work (always stays the same for all submissions) • Ex: D90 Work • R20 Work • Send to: • CNH Archive (cnharchive@gmail.com) • Region Team (RA, other Lt. Governors in Region) • Region Reflector Group

Reminders/ Details • Report must be submitted after every training: DCM, OTC, RTC, LTC, etc. • If the training conference was held between an entire region, only ONE LTG needs to submit the TCR • needs approval from ALL members of the Region Team, including Regional Advisors before submitting to CNH Archive • Report needs to be submitted in PDF format • Report is used for determining Distinguished/ Robert F. Lucas LTG
