  2. 1.前言 • 未來預期之作業效益: • 提供高階主管即時資訊的商業智慧(BI)平台,視覺化經營管理(儀表板/雷達圖/趨勢圖/長條圖) • 即時&透明&自動化資訊檢討平台 • 低於目標值警示管理(自動Mail 給設定的各指標當責負責人) Dash Board 導入 – 台北 姜瑞鴻 塘廈 胡幼生/ 喬宛師, 預計8/31完成第一階段 現行流程與作業系統之挑戰 未來需求與預計改變重點 • 過去在 R6已開發部份程式,包括品質/成本/工單結案率 DNS (台北 EIS / Cognos) • 但導入 SAP 後因資料來源需由 SAP來,原R6程式已無法使用 • 重新 REVIEW 高階主管需求 • 原計畫建置新系統在 SAP BI 系統上, 測試後SAP BI 有問題無法克服, 改成自行在WEB 上開發,並可降低 LICENSE成本 2.預期效益
