  1. Cover-id Important points to remember while preparation of Cover –id & Process of making Cover-id

Please Check • The application form is duly filled in all respect & signed. • The latest passport size photograph should be affixed and cross signed. • The self-attested supporting Documents are properly verified. • Your seal is affixed on LRA Stamp. • Any correction in the Application Form should carry the full signature of the applicant • Customer ID number on the form. • You can make 1 cover id for 50 forms. Don’t make separate cover-id for each form.

  3. Format of LRA STAMP Eg: Your Name Login id/ User id Taxsoft Marketing Pvt Ltd. XYZ TAXSOFTXYZWTN21 Taxsoft Marketing Pvt Ltd.

  4. Please select completed cover

  5. Please select corporate than after click on list of customers

  6. Select the client in coverid column of whose form is being send and click on submit

  7. Print this page and attach this page top on hard copy

  9. Please also mail scan copy of courier slip and soft copy of cover-id to dsc@computaxonline.com
