  1. The Hunger Games Personal Connection Write a paragraph answering one of the following questions. Make sure that you answer the 5 W’s and the how! Vary your sentence structure; use strong word choices and make sure you have a strong closing sentence. This is a completion grade – points will be awarded when you share! Compare or contrast yourself to one of the characters in the novel. How are you like/unlike this character? You must share at least one thing the character did or said and compare it to a personal experience you have had. Compare this novel to another you have read. What do the tow novels have in common and how/why did you like/dislike both? You must contain specific characters and plot elements. What is the most valuable lesson you learned from this novel? You must say what the lesson is, who taught you this lesson and what actions or words from the novel stood out to demonstrate this lesson? Think theme!
