ESTATE ADMINISTRATION • Estate administration can mean either administering a trust or probating a will. • Our firm is experienced in all of these areas, representing trustees in private, out of court administration of trusts and executors in probate court supervised proceedings. • We recognize that these matters are stressful and emotional for our clients because they involve loss and uncertainty. We respond to these feelings with timely, caring, and professional advice.
