Ownership • Since June 2007, after joining Realia Group Oy, the owner of the dominant Finnish real estate brands Huoneistokeskus, SKV and Huom!, Ober-Haus became a part of the largest real estate agency in Central and Eastern Europe. • The newly enlarged real estate services group now employs nearly 2.000 people in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland making it the largest real estate brokerage firm in the region. • Realia Group is owned by Sponsor Capital, Nordea Bank, Varma (Mutual Pension Insurance Company) and Finnish Industry Investment Ltd.

Our Services • Services For Developers • Pre-Selling Phase • analysis of the market situation in the proper region with view on the competitors and needs of potential clients, analysis of demand and supply and the price’s dynamics; • cooperation with architectscovering analysis of the project concerning the proper target group, and consequently the sizes and shapes of the apartments; • preparation ofsales and marketing strategy for the investment; • preparation of residential and retail price list – valuation of each apartment, garage, cell and retail space.

Our Services • Services For Developers • Sale Phase • organizing the sales office on the investment area, servicing clients in both sale aspects and helping with martgage finances; • realizing the marketing plan and media plan; • setting up appointments with clients for signing all agreements:reservation agreements (before obtaining building permission), preliminary agreements (after obtaining building permission), notarial contract after finishing the investment; • payment supervising (according to developer’s needs).
