  2. Diet Dingos eat rats, kangaroos, birds, lizards and some farm animals. They swallow meat in large chunks. These wild dogs hunt alone or in small packs.

  4. Information about the appearance of the dingo • A dingo has orange fur. It has a fuzzy tail and two pointy ears. It has very sharp teeth and claws. Their eyes can be any colour. The dingo has some white fur.

  5. Group • Dingoes are mammals and meat eaters. They hunt in packs.

  6. Habitat of the Dingo • The dingo is a wild dog that inhabits the dry plains and forests of Australia.

  7. Life cycle of the dingo • The female dingo first mates in autumn. Then the female have 1-8 babies. The pups aren’t independent until 6-8 months of age . Baby dingoes also eat solid when 8 weeks of age.

  8. Interesting facts • The island of Tasmania is the only part of Australia where dingoes are not found, however, they can only live in areas where drinking water is available.
