MISSIONS • FRED: To provide excellent purchasing services in order to deliver innovative, resource-saving solutions. • RUSS: To deliver effective operational support to state agency purchasing personnel in order to provide excellent purchasing services. • OVERALL: Get the users what they need, when and where they need it, at the lowest overall cost. NIGP’s three e’s…Driving down the cost of delivering government services to the citizens.

RULE CHANGES • 60A-1.002(7) Additional instructions to bidder take precedence over PUR 1001 • New section (8): Solicitation format to include Intro Information (incl calendar), Special Conditions, Technical Specifications or SOW • Agencies to monitor & may record vendor performance • 60A-1.006(3) costs to defaulting vendor may include both admin costs & cost of cover
