  2. 1° - Cosa bisogna inviare all’ISS? • File in Excel di riepilogo dei partecipanti • Per corso ai coordinatori • Per corso agli intervistatori • File del rapporto finale • Per corso ai coordinatori • Per corso agli intervistatori • Non le copie cartacee: ci hanno dispensato!

  3. 2° - Cosa bisogna conservare? • Tutti gli originali in cartaceo: • Fogli firme • Schede di partecipazione • Post-test • Questionari di gradimento • Programmi delle giornate (orari) • Rapporto finale • File di riepilogo dei partecipanti

  4. 3° - I certificati… • Certificati di partecipazione: • Compilati e firmati da voi (16 ore per gli intervistatori; correggere 24 ore per i coordinatori) • Certificati con crediti ECM: • Ve li spediamo noi già compilati e firmati • Voi apponete la vostra firma e li consegnate
