  5. DISCUSSION GUIDE Great is Thy Faithfulness Refrain: Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see. All I have needed Thy hand hath provided; Great is Thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me! Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father; There is no shadow of turning with Thee; Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not; As Thou hast been, Thou forever will be.

Would He devote that sacred head For sinners such as I?  Was it for crimes that I have done He groaned upon the tree? Amazing pity! Grace unknown! And love beyond degree!  Well might the sun in darkness hide And shut its glories in, When God, the mighty maker, died For man the creature's sin.
